PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet comprising uniformly dispersed components, preventing migration phenomena, by molding a composition consisting of a cement material, a latex binder, water and a dispersion auxiliary into a thin sheet and rapidly drying. CONSTITUTION:A cement composition consisting of 100pts.wt. cement material comprising a hydraulic cement and <=4 times as much aggregate powder as the cement by weight, 2-100pts.wt. (calculated as solid content) latex binder, water and an active amount of a dispersion auxiliary is molded into a thin sheet. Then the sheetlike molded article is rapidly dried and the latex component is fixed to give the aimed flexible cement sheet. An ion dissociating compound is preferably used as the dispersion auxiliary and is considered to be effective for water dispersion of the cement material in high concentration, for uniform blending between the cement dispersed material and the latex binder and for prevention of dispersing deterioration of latex caused by calcium compound eluted from the cement. |
