The present invention relates to a thermostatic inhaler, comprising two parts, a lower part a in the shape of a pot intended to contain a liquid brought to a sufficient monitored temperature, so that it releases vapours which are beneficial to the body, and an upper part b, which can be fitted onto the said lower part a to channel the said vapours as far as the respiratory paths of the user, characterised in that it comprises at least one pair of non-return valves, mounted in opposition, each pair being constituted by an inhaling valve 1 and an exhaling valve 2. Pure water, water or a pharmaceutically acceptable liquid containing a medicament will be used for the vapour inhalations. The said thermostatic inhaler according to the invention can furthermore comprise a device transmitting signals of an adjustable frequency, allowing the user to monitor his/her respiratory rate. <IMAGE> |
