<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the overflow of a buffer memory from being generated, by stopping the input of event data in a case where the number of the event data stored in the buffer memory exceeds a threshold level supplied in advance. CONSTITUTION:A sampling processing and evaluation processing part 11 reads out the event inputted to an input port 10, and stores it in the buffer memory 12 if it is impossible to be evaluated, and performs an evaluation processing it if is possible to be evaluated without storing in the memory 12. Also, in the case where an event itself is impossible to be evaluated but another event is possible to be evaluated, the event is read out from the memory 12. A counter 13 is incremented at the time of storing the event in the memory by the processing part 11, and is decremented at the time of reading out the event. A comparator 14 sets a control signal 2i to stop the supplying of the input event at true when the count value of the counter 13 exceeds the threshold level set in advance. In such a way, it is possible to prevent the overflow of the memory 12 which performs the queue of the event from being generated.</p> |
