PURPOSE:To eliminate the occurrence of cogging, by laser-welding a housing with its fitting metal pin to the same metal substrate. CONSTITUTION:In a capstan motor, multiple pieces of driving coils 12 is arranged to a substrate 11 annularly and fitted by means of adhesion, etc. A housing 13 is fitted to this substrate 11, too. In a rotor 14, its shaft 15 is rotatably supported to the housing 13 through a radial bearing 16 and a thrust bearing 17. A magnet 19 is fitted to a yoke 18 of the rotor 14. A magnet 20 for frequency generation (FG) is fitted as well. A position detecting sensor 21, a driving IC 22 and an FG sensor 33 are provided to the substrate 11. At this time, a strut section 24a is formed to a pin 24 in fitting the housing 13. The housing 13 is secured by forcing the strut section 24a to encroach into a flange 23a. The pin 24 can thereby be secured to the substrate 11 by laser- welding. |
