PURPOSE:To obtain a device for forming safe and reliable recovery plan corresponding to system condition, by judging a possibly faulty facility upon occurrence of fault then forming a recovery plan sequentially in the order of less possible faulty facility. CONSTITUTION:Information of a power system 1 is taken into an input device 2 so as to judge a power interruption zone through a power interruption zone judging means 5 based on operational information of relay or circuit breaker. A possibly faulty facility is judged through a faulty facility judging means 7 based on same information and the possibility of fault is calculated. Threshold of operational condition of the power system 1 obtained based on the system information is stored in a storage device 9. An arithmetic unit 10 prepares a recovery plan at first without employing the possibly faulty facility at all, and if the plan can not be prepared, facilities having operational condition lower than the threshold stored in the storage device 9 are employed in the order of increasing possibility so as to prepare a recovery plan. |
