PURPOSE:To decrease the number of limit value data of facility to be employed for monitoring, by employing only inherent capacity of facility as the limit value of facility and monitoring the target value of total facility. CONSTITUTION:In a system where buses 1, 2 are connected through a plurality of power facilities 3-5, total power flow value is measured and total allowable value of the system is prepared, then they are compared in order to monitor overload. Furthermore, power flow flowing to remaining power facilities is predicted when power facility bearing the maximum power flow is interrupted. Total target value is set such that the predicted power flow does not exceed over the inherent capacity of any power facility, then the target value and the total power flow are compared in order to carry out monitoring. Consequently, number of data necessary for monitoring excessive power flow to the power facility can be decreased. |
