PURPOSE:To automate supply and exchange of a tape by employing a disk for holding a plural number of tape bobbins positioned with tape start ends, a tape bobbin exchange-supply device, and a taping head capable of rotating about a shaft and moving up and down and back and forth. CONSTITUTION:Attaching a plural number of freely detachable tape bobbins 2 to a bobbin holder plate 3, a tape bobbin holder device 21 is formed. A tape bobbin exchange device 22 moves for taking out a tape bobbin 2 toward the bobbin holder plate 3 and clamps, at the position of the bobbin 2 to be taken out, the bobbin 2 from its outer diameter side by synergistic movements of a cylinder 7, a clamp 5 and a cylinder 6, and clamps a tape 1 by means of a cylinder 9 and a clamp 8. The tape 1 is taken out of the holder plate 3 by means of a cylinder 11. Then, in a taping head 23 having a drive device 25 capable of moving up and down and back and forth and up and down rotation about a shaft, is rotated and horizontally moved a member 18 to be wound so that taping is performed. In this way, supply and exchange of the tape are automated.
