<p>PURPOSE:To simplify stages and to improve yield by applying dyes onto a tacky material selectively formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:This color filter is formed by applying the dyes 3-5 onto the tacky material 2 selectively formed on the substrate 1. For example, the filter has the filter elements of 3 colors; red, green and blue, which are obtd. by repeating the two stages for printing of the adhesive agent 2 and applying of the coloring pigments 3-5 three times. The need for forming a mask on the substrate for each of the respective color elements is thereby eliminated and the need for a wet treatment for mask formation is eliminated as well. The stages are thus simplified and the yield is improved.</p> |
