The present invention relates to a suspension device for two independent opposite wheels of a motor vehicle. This suspension device essentially comprises upper transverse elements 1, 2 and lower transverse elements 3, 4, the latter each constituting a lever one 3b, 4b of whose arms is articulated on a wheel support S1, S2 and onto the body C and whose other arm 3a, 4a is connected to the opposite upper transverse element 1, 2.
