The invention relates to a system making it possible to massage the various parts of one's own body in their entirety and integrally without using sustained exertion of energy, either physical or mechanical. It consists of a bag (sac) containing a large number of small balls, in which a person may fit, with the aim of massaging himself/herself by executing the movements which he/she desires. The device according to the invention finds its use in massage by the bodily well-being and relaxation which it affords after intense exertion, whether physical or other. <IMAGE>
