PURPOSE:To reduce required space and cost without necessitating a latch, by holding and outputting an ON and an OFF signals read from a storage means cyclically in order. CONSTITUTION:(mn) ON/OFF signal reading and output means 3mn and display means 4mn are divided into (m) pairs consisting of (n) means. Those (m) pairs of ON/OFF signal reading and holding output means 3mn and display means 4mn consisting of (n) means are operated cyclically. And it is possible to perform the output and the display of a signal consecutively respectively by the function of a signal holding means 74 consisting of a capacitor, etc., in the holding output means 3mn and by residual image phenomenon in the display means 4mn. Thus, since no latch is used, it is possible to reduce the required space and cost.
