PURPOSE:To facilitate eliminating a deviation between centers of a rotating shaft and a turbine casing by inserting and positioning an axial key and horizontal keys perpendicular to said axial key between a bearing housing and a bearing stand on the turbine casing side. CONSTITUTION:The flange part 23a of a bearing housing 23 and a bearing stand 25 on a turbine casing side are fastened and fixed by a fixing bolt 31 via a disc spring 30. A rotating shaft 40 and the left and right centers of a turbine casing coincide always with each other by an axial key 32 provided in the contacting part of said bearing housing 23 with said bearing stand 25 below the shaft center of said rotating shaft 40. Also, axial positioning is performed by a pair of left and right horizontal keys 33 provided horizontally in the contacting parts of the bearing stand 25 with the flanges 23a of said bearing housing 23. When an apparatus of said structure is positioned, it is possible to prevent not only the gap deviation and labyrinth center deviation but also the effect of heat deformation on the bolt 31.
