PURPOSE:To facilitate formation of a stable and flexible recovery plan, by supporting formation of the recovery plan with rule data necessary for recovery, a system condition simulator and a man-machine interface. CONSTITUTION:A rule necessary for clarifying a recovery object and determining priority and a rule necessary for checking charging method for the recovery object and operational conditions are stored in rule bases 8-1, 8-2. Furthermore, system information is stored in a data base 9. Then reasoning is carried out through a, reasoning engine 7 based on contents stored in respective bases 8-1, 8-2 and information of a simulator 11. In such a manner, formation of stable and flexible recovery plan is supported quickly, safely and reliably based on interaction between system condition before/after fault and an operator which is made through a man-machine interface 4 during a reasoning process. |
