摘要

PURPOSE:To halve the number of manufacturing processes of a symmetrical coil and the required number of power supply devices and to reduce a required cost by installing the coil equipped with one set each of windings in a composite angle direction of pair coils at the individual pair coils. CONSTITUTION:This magnet has a coil equipped with one set each of windings in a composite angle direction of pair coils at the individual pair coils. That is to say, an electric current value to be impressed on individual pair coils is obtained from a value to correct the unevenness of a magnetic field on the basis of an actual measurement; a composite electric current value is supplied to the individual pair coils in a composite angle direction; the unevenness of the electric field is corrected. By this setup, it is not required to install two symmetrical coils of an identical pattern separately; one symmetrical coil is sufficient; also one power supply device is sufficient.
