PURPOSE:To prohibit improper decompression operation by causing a brake device to make adjustment for reducing braking power when wheel rotary acceleration is less than the reduction reference value of the braking power, and lowering the reduction reference value when the wheel rotary acceleration exceeds a reference change value. CONSTITUTION:In an anti-skid control device adjusting the braking power of a brake device M2 depending upon the slip condition of a wheel M1, there is provided a rotary acceleration detecting means M3 for detecting the rotary acceleration of the wheel M1. And the brake device M2 is so adjusted that a braking power reduction means M4 will reduce braking power when detected wheel rotary acceleration is less than the reduction reference value of the braking power. Also, when the wheel rotary acceleration exceeds a reference change value, the reduction reference value is lowered with a reference change means M5. This means 5 is so constituted as to measure the time when the wheel rotary acceleration exceeds the reference change value, and to change the time of lowering the reduction reference value depending upon the time of the measurement.
