PURPOSE:To maintain combustion efficiency and desulfurizing reaction at high levels even under the lowered load by circulating back the circulation bed matter positively from the inside of a hot recycle to the inside of a combustor so that the differential pressure between neighborhood of the primary air outlet in the combustor and the outlet of the combustor may reach a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:A command of a positive flow back of the circulating bed matter from the inside of a hot recycle 18 to the inside of a combustor 1 is performed by a control system so that the differential pressure DELTAp between an outlet 12A of the primary feed pipe set within the combustor and an outlet 1A of a combustor 1 may become constant or a predetermined value for a load of the boiler. If the differential pressure DELTAp is less than the fixed value, an opening degree of a control valve 32 is increased. When the air G is jetted out of a nozzle 30 into a hot recycle pipe 5, a circulating bed matter R within the hot recycle 18 is routed back into the combustor 1, and a combustion efficiency and desulfurizing reaction within the combustor 1 are maintained at high levels. On the other hand, when the differential pressure DELTAp comes to a fixed value, the control valve 32 is shut to stop a flow back of the circulating bed matter R.
