PURPOSE:To rapidly and correctly grasp field information by grouping respective pieces of the field information, successively storing them into a memory, making the group of the memory area into the updated group in a time series unit, and renewing successively from the older group of other groups. CONSTITUTION:A file A for the constant number of affairs is divided into plural groups at the output unit of information and to respective groups 1-m, a time series sequence 1-i of an information output is specified. When the memory area of the file A is not full, respective pieces of the field information are stored into respective memory areas of the groups 1-m in accordance with the time series sequence fetched into a computer 24, respectively. On the other hand, for the generation of the new field information, when the memory area of the memory is full, all pieces of the field information of an oldest group (m) of the file A are abolished and the time series sequence of the group is made into the newest group. Thus, the speed up of field information storing processing and displaying data editing can be attained.
