PURPOSE:To enable the recording of good quality having no vibration/noise component generated from the inside of an instrument by providing the means collecting the sound generated from the inside of an equipment mainly and the means collecting the sound of an external part mainly and recording the signal obtd. via its mixing circuit. CONSTITUTION:The title device has the fetching means 2 of a 1st sound information collecting the sound information of the outside of the equipment mainly, the fetching means 7 of a 2nd sound information collecting the sound information of the inside of the equipment mainly and the circuit 10 mixing the sound information obtd. by the fetching means 7 of the 1st sound information with the sound information obtd. by the fetching means 2 of the 1st sound information with reverse phase. The 1st sound information fetching means 2, the 2nd sound information fetching means 7 and mixing circuit 10 are integrally composed. The necessary sound information having no vibration/noise components generated from the equipment itself only can thus be recorded by mixing the sound information fetched by the 1st sound information fetching means and the sound information fetched by the 2nd sound information fetching means with reverse phase by the mixing circuit.
