摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent overload, by extracting ar operating switchgear through comparison between a pre-recovery operation system and a determined system then temporarily opening a switchgear which can not be extracted through aforementioned method according to a specific rule. CONSTITUTION:All switchgears which are closed before recovery operation and opened in determined system are extracted and stored in block 1. An operating sequence for temporarily opening a switchgear which is closed before recovery operation and connecting between a controlled system and a system out of control is prepared in block 2 and stored. Then a switchgear which is in pre-recovery operation system wile closed in determined system and at least one of the opposite end facilities is in charged condition is extracted in block 3 and stored. Thereafter, a switchgear for temporarily opening aforementioned switchgears and preventing transient overload is extracted in block 4. Then they are arranged in block 5 and the switchgears are driven in block 6. |
