PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost capacitor whose characteristic is excellent by a method wherein BaPbO3 is used as an internal electrode and it is sintered at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric layer 1 having a perovskite structure and an internal electrode layer 2 composed of a conductive oxide, BaOPbO3, having the same perovskite structure are contained; they are sintered at 900-1100 deg.C. That is to say, a substance expressed by BaPbO3 is used as the conductive oxide; this conductive oxide can be sintered at 900-1100 deg.C; if this oxide is laminated together with the dielectric layer, a thin mutual diffusion layer of ions is formed; it is possible to suppress an increase in a tandelta value due to this. By this setup, it is possible to obtain a low-cost laminated ceramic capacitor whose characteristic is excellent. |
