PURPOSE:To suppress excess current at the time of switching the rotating direction of a motor, by switching a conduction circuit to the motor setting a quiescent period, when the rotating direction of the motor is switched. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 28 interlocked with the moving direction of a motor suction equipment is moved, and the level of the output signal VA of a light-receiving element 33 comes to H or L. This signal VA is fed to a NAND circuit 47 via differentiating circuits 36, 38 and inverters 45, 46. In this case, when the rotating direction is switched, then the output of pulse VE is generated. Every time the input of the pulse VE to a flipflop circuit 48 is provided, the output is switched. Then, from inverters 53, 54, at the time of switching the rotating direction, with the delay of a fixed time, the output of rotating direction controlling signal VK or YL is generated. As a result, excess current at the time of switching the rotating direction can be suppressed.
