PURPOSE:To enable fitting a base with a motor after mounting a cover on said base by screwing said motor to a motor-fitting sidewall part erected in a case. CONSTITUTION:A worm 14 engaging with a worm gear 12 on a reduction gear mechanism 8 side is used as a driving gear to be fixed to the rotating shaft 13a of said motor 13 to screw the motor 13 to a sidewall part 15 formed in a base 2. Thus, after a cover 3 is built in the base 2, fitting of the motor 13 can be performed. Also, the whole apparatus can be thinned, since the motor 13 is not positioned in the bottom wall part of said base 2. Further, a reduction ratio is made larger and a high output can be obtained on the output step gear 9 side by the use of said worm 14 and worm gear 12.
