PURPOSE:To produce the titled cement product having light weight, low water- absorption and high dimensional stability, by mixing a cement paste with low- temperature foam generated by a foaming agent and forming and curing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of cement is compound with 20-200pts.wt. of aggregate (e.g. fly ash) and a reinforcing material, a water-repellent (e.g. ligninsulfonic acid), water, etc., and kneaded to obtain a cement paste. An aqueous solution of a foaming agent such as a protein-based foaming agent, nonionic or ampholytic foaming surfactant is cooled to a temperature lower than the cement paste and introduced into closed-call foam generator to obtain a foamed material. The cement paste is mixed with 8-20pts.wt. of the foam (based on 100pts. wt. of the cement) and the mixture is poured into a mold, hardened, cured and dried.
