The triggering of a pyromechanism 20 is controlled by the detonation of at least one of the two reinforcing relays 26, 28 integrated at the ends of two pyrotechnical transmission chains 14b, 14c arranged directly opposite each other along a common axis in a detonation chamber 78, without interposition of material. The chamber 78 is formed in the body 68 of the pyromechanism and delimited by one face of a piston 72. The detonation of at least one of the relays 26, 28 increases the pressure in the chamber 78, which has the effect of moving the piston 72 and actuating the pyromechanism. Simultaneously, the shock wave is transmitted to the other pyrotechnic chain. <IMAGE>
