PURPOSE:To transmit an analog signal together with a digital signal with high reliability even without a fast element and a fast transmission path, by performing the pulse modulation of the analog signal, and transmitting it after synthesizing with the digital signal. CONSTITUTION:At a pulse width modulation circuit 1, an input analog signal A0 is pulse-modulated synchronizing with a clock phi1 outputted from a clock circuit 7, and becomes a pulse width modulation signal A1 with pulse width equivalent to the size of the analog signal. At a synchronization circuit 2, an input digital signal D0 becomes a synchronized digital signal D1 synchronized with a clock phi2. At a digital signal synthesis circuit 3, the pulse width modulation signal A1 and the synchronized digital signal D1 are synthesized, and it is sent to a transmission path 4 via a delivery buffer 8 as a synthesized digital signal S. In such a way, it is possible to transmit the analog signal together with the digital signal with high reliability.
