PURPOSE:To prevent distortion due to the fluctuation of an output impedance from being generated, by setting the resistance value of a resistor larger than the ON-resistance values of first and second switching devices, and taking out a PWM signal from the resistor. CONSTITUTION:The ON-resistance values of an N-type MOS transistor T2 and a P-type MOS transistor T1 in an inverter circuit 2 are set almost equally (RT1-RT2), and the value R of the resistor is set as R>>RT1, RT2, and output impedances at the time of outputting 1 and 0 are set almost equally. In such a way, the output of a circuit is operated without changing its output impedance by an input from a PWM circuit 1, and no distortion due to the change of the output impedance is generated.
