发明名称 SILICONE RESIN VIBRATION DAMPER
摘要 PURPOSE:To possess excellent vibration damping capacity in a temperature sphere of the normal temperature -100 deg.C and to enable the title vibration damper to be applied even to such a structural member whose temperature becomes even maximum 250 deg.C, by laminating a binding layer on at least one side of a viscoelastic layer containing a filler of a specific quantity of silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:A binding layer is provided at least on one side of this viscoelastic layer by making use of silicone resin of the viscoelastic layer as a base material. The viscoelastic layer is filled with a filler within a range of 25-500pts. wt. preferably a range of 40-400pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. silicone resin. It is far preferable to add a coupling agent to the viscoelastic layer and lowering of vibration damping with the passage of time due to use of the title vibration damper under a high temperature can be prevented as much as possible through addition of the coupling agent. It is preferable to make a loading of the coupling agent 0.1-10pts. wt. per 100pts. wt. silicone resin. Constitution of the vibration damper is on the basis of the viscoelastic layer-binding layer of a two layer structural matter or the binding layer (board)-viscoelastic layer-binding layer of a three layer structural matter. The silicone resin is used for the viscoelastic layer in the vibration damper like this. When the binding layer is of a metallic plate like a steel plate, the same is superior in adhesion especially, and even if the same is exposed under high-temperature atmosphere for a long period of time, favorable adhesion strength can be held.
