A case (2, fig 3, not shown) has an opening (4) for insertion of a commodity, and a warning device 3 fixed on the case. In the warning 3, there is a switching circuit 24 which senses a low power radiowave of a given frequency transmitted from an exit gate 35 to turn a power circuit 23 ON, a buzzer alarm circuit 25, and an FM transmitting circuit 27 which sends a warning wave to receivers 40, 42. An operating terminal 5 on the warning device 3 is urged to project into the case (2) so that when the commodity is removed from the case, a separation sensor 20 senses this to turn the circuit 24 ON, whereby the buzzer circuit 25 and the transmitting circuit 27 are operated to give an alarm sound and a warning wave. <IMAGE>
