<p>PURPOSE:To easily grasp the size of each file by detecting the capacity of each file and displaying a symbol pattern corresponding to each file after changing it based on the detected file capacity. CONSTITUTION:A detecting means is provided to detect the capacity of each file together with an external memory means 4 which stores the symbol patterns in the same number as the file attributes. The size of the symbol pattern stored in the means 4 is changed according to the information detected by said detecting means and displayed by a display means 3 in response to each file at a time point when a file index is displayed. Thus it is possible to easily grasp the contents of each file and also to grasp quickly the size of each file.</p> |
