PURPOSE:To enable control both from a PB signal generator and a push-button of a telephone set by discriminating whether received control signals are those that are consecutively generated by a push-button signal generator or those that are generated by manual depressing. CONSTITUTION:Control signals received by a reception part 5 are discriminated by a discrimination part 9, and if they are those that are generated by the PB signal generator, the transmission of voice signals from a transmission part 8 is prohibited. If said signals are discriminated to be those generated by the manual operation of the push-button of the telephone set by a user or those generated by the depressing of the operational buttons of the PB signal generator, voice signals are transmitted from the part 8 in accordance with the control signals received by the reception part 5. In such a way, the titled control circuit can react to both consecutive control signals from the PB signal generator and control signals generated by the manual depression of the push- buttons of a telephone set or the operational buttons of the PB signal generator.
