PURPOSE:To surely alarm the break-out of a fire by providing a receiver discriminating it as a fire in sensing that a detected smoke density of a smoke sensor giving an output of a detection signal being the digital conversion of an analog data corresponding to the smoke density exceeds a set smoke density and the state is consecutive for a set time. CONSTITUTION:A fire discriminating means connected to smoke sensors 2, 3a digital-converting an analog data corresponding to a smoke density and giving it as a detection signal via a signal circuit (l), provided with a receiver 1 discriminates it as a fire when the detected smoke density of the smoke sensors 2, 3a exceeds the set smoke density and the state is consecutive for a set time. Then either or both of the preset setting smoke density and present set time are changed to increase the setting sensitivity which depends on the set smoke density and the setting time, of at least other smoke sensors 2, 3a when the fire discriminating means gives a discrimination of fire break-out. Thus, the break-out of a fire is surely alarmed.
