WASHING METHOD OF CERAMIC FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently wash and remove the separated and concd. substance deposited on the surface of a filter by disturbing the flow of permeating liquid or growing the bubbles of steam. CONSTITUTION:Liquid to be treated in a tank 3 thereof is filtered with a ceramic filter 1 and the filtrate is stored into a storage tank 17 and thereafter this filtrate is changed into high-pressure saturated water. Then this saturated water is allowed to permeate the filter 1 reversely to a time of filtering treatment and thereby the pressure of the saturated water is suddenly lowered during permeation through the filter 1 and on the inner surface of a pipe and one part thereof is evaporated and large amounts of bubbles are generated underwater to form gas-liquid two-phase flow. The separated and concd. substance deposited on the surface of the filter is peeled and removed by means of growth force of bubbles of this steam, shearing force accompanying fluidization and furthermore vortex and disturbance near to the surface of the filter 1 which are caused by the gas-liquid two-phase flow. As a result, the separated and concd. substance deposited on the surface of the filter 1 can efficiently be washed off.
