发明名称 AUTOMATIC WASHING APPARATUS OF BLOOD TREATMENT DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus having a blood treatment device and a circuit connected thereto and capable of automatically washing both of them in the state incorporated in the apparatus, by closing the first valve while opening the second valve upon the reception of the air bubble detection signal from the first air bubble detector to allow a heparin doped washing solution to flow to the blood treatment device. CONSTITUTION:A control apparatus 7 composed of a microcomputer is equipped with a washing solution supply means 33, a heparin doped washing solution supply means 34 and a washing finish means 35. The washing solution supply means 33 receives the start signal from the outside to open the first valve V1 and to close the second valve V2 and a pump 4 is driven to allow a washing solution to flow through a blood dialyser 5 from the lower part thereof to the upper part thereof. The heparin doped washing solution supply means 34 receives the detection signal from the first air bubble detector 21 to close the first valve V1 while opening the second valve V2 when the flow rate of blood reaches a predetermined amount to allow a heparin doped washing solution to flow through the blood dialyser 5. The second valve V2 is closed upon the reception of the detection signal from the second air bubble detector 22 and the driving of the pump 4 is stopped to stop washing.
