PURPOSE:To obtain a polycarbonate resin composition which is nonyellowing and has toughness and strength, by mixing a polycarbonate resin with a specified boron compound. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition comprising a polycarbonate resin and at least one member selected from among boron compounds of formulas I-III (wherein R is a 1-8C alkylene group, R<1> is H, an alkyl or acyl which may have a 1-8C substituent, R<2> and R<3> are each H or a group of formula IV, and n is 0-24). The polycarbonate resin is represented by a polycarbonate resin produced from 2,2-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)propane (bisphenol A). Although the MW of the polycarbonate greatly influences its flow, it is desirably 14,000-25,000 from the balance between the flow and strength. The amount of said boron compound added is generally 0.1-10wt.% based on the composition.
