PURPOSE:To prevent a solid-state image sensing device from being damaged by X rays by connecting a curved image conduit having a glass added with 0.2-1.8wt.% cerium oxide as a core material to a fluorescent film and the solid-state image sensing device between both. CONSTITUTION:A curved image conduit 2 is connected to the input surface of a solid-state image sensing device 1 on one hand and a fluorescent film 3 is formed on the other surface of the image conduit 2 on the other hand. A 0.2-1.8wt.% cerium oxide is contained in the composition of the core glass of the image conduit 2. Thus, X-ray coloring is prevented and, by curving the image conduit 2, the device 1 is prevented from being damaged by X rays, noises are prevented from being increased and a small size, a long life and the low noises can be obtained.
