<p>PURPOSE:To reduce labor required for revision by extracting the item groups that undergoes a special processing based on a master file when the insurance points are calculated and calculating the insurance points for those item groups by reference to a table file. CONSTITUTION:When the insurance points are calculated for clinical check items, the calculation information required when the special processing is applied is added to each item for production of a master file 2. At the same time, a table file 3 is added to show the insurance points for the item groups undergoing the special processing. When the insurance points are calculated, the item groups undergoing the special processing are extracted out of the item information. Then the insurance points of those item groups are calculated by reference to the file 3. Therefore it is possible to cope with the revision of the insurance points or the special processing by the correction of the file 2 or 3. Thus the labor needed for correction of a program due to the revision can be reduced.</p> |
