PURPOSE:To prevent high voltage cord from twisting and slipping off by threading a core set with a high voltage cord in connection with a lug terminal, and leading it to the upper/lower dice cavity followed by compression. CONSTITUTION:A high voltage cord 14 is lead into a bend of the lower core 24 of a core set 20, followed by placing of an upper core 22 over this lower core 24, and a guide pin 22d of the upper core 22 is fitted in a fit hole 24d of the lower one 24 to accomplish a consolidated body. These cord 14 and core set 20 are lead into the cavity 32a in a lower die 32 and fixed, and an upper die 30 is placed on this lower die 32. A locational pin 32b of the upper die is fitted in the fit hole of the lower die to accomplish a consolidated body, and molten plastics is poured from an injection hole 32c. When this resin has cooled and hardened, die separation is made, and now a high voltage connector is obtained. A plug terminal is connected with the cord 14 into a single piece, and a metal die having necessary cavity is used to provide close contact in consolidation, and molten plastics is pressure fitted alike to accomplish a high voltage plug.
