PURPOSE:To enable a accurate detection of disconnection in a temperature detector by comparing a voltage at a predetermined points of a wiring with a reference value after a given time elapses following the starting of an actuator. CONSTITUTION:The voltage of a wiring 5b reaches a fixed value V0 in a low temperature area restricted by the voltage of a terminal 7. As the ambient temperature of a thermistor 4 rises, the temperature of the wiring 5b lowers. A voltage is generated in the wiring 1a in proportion to the rotational speed of the engine and as it rises above the fixed voltage at 1c, the output of a comparator 1 lowers to allow a timer 2 to start the measurement of time. After the passage of a given time, an electric signal is transmitted to actuate an FF3 to lower the voltage of the wiring 3a, which will bring the voltage at 6a to a lower voltage value VL. When any disconnection of the thermistor 4 lowers the voltage on the side of the wiring 6a below that on the side 5b, the comparator 6 outputs a power to light an alarm lamp or sound a buzzer thereby notifying of the disconnection of the thermistor. |
