PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive solid-state image pickup camera by using screws to attach an iris body, to which an optical lens is attached to an iris attaching member and using screws to focus the iris body. CONSTITUTION:A CCD body 10 is set to a printed board 7, and an iris attaching member 5 is set to the printed board 7 so that the CCD body 10 is covered, and screws 21 and 22 are used to attach an iris body 2, to which an optical lens 1 is attached to the iris attaching member 5, and these screws 21 and 22 are used to focus the iris body. A dark box essential to an optical system is formed with the iris attaching member 5 and the iris body 2, and the lens body 1 is attached to the printed board 7. Thus, the simple optical system is constituted, and excess adjusting mechanisms are all omitted because screws by which the iris body 2 is attached to the iris attaching member 5 are used to focus the iris body.
