PURPOSE:To take a vertical aerial photograph from a low sky by constituting a balloon filled with helium gas in such a way that the balloon is lifted to a necessary altitude to take an aerial photograph from the balloon while moving a mooring point. CONSTITUTION:The balloon 1 is filled with helium gas and lifted to the prescribed altitude by means of a mooring main rope 3. A supporting rod 2 made of an aluminum pipe is installed between the main rope 3 and an auxiliary rope 4 of the balloon 1, and a photographing device 5 is installed at the intersection where the auxiliary rope 4 crosses the supporting rod 2. The photographing device 5 selects a horizontal position and press the shutter button of the camera 12 and also rewind a film. The balloon 1 is moved by means of the mooring point of the balloon 1 to take the 1st and 2nd photographs while overlapping. Thus, the vertical aerial photograph can be taken from the low sky. |
