PURPOSE:To suppress generation of burrs at fusion deposited parts of an armor case formed through fusion deposition of a metal plate and a frame by making the fusion deposition part of the frame with a specific profile. CONSTITUTION:An armor case is formed from two metal plates 6 sandwiching a group of pole plates and a frame 4 formed around these metal plates 6. The frame 4 is made of synthetic resin of polyolefin type, and this resin is hot deposited to the laminated metal plates 6. The section of frame 4 in its fusion deposited part has a rib with higher bore than the periphery, and the tip of this rib is tapered in such a way as increasing the height toward the side away. Thereby burrs 12 at the time of hot deposition do not extrude the outer corner which the metal plate 6 and frame 4 constitute. This provides near contour to prevent breakage when it is covered with a thermo-shrinking tube, that should prevent shortcircuiting. |
