PURPOSE:To provide a glass base having a heat emission body which emits heat for a long time stably by forming the arrangement from No.1 component, which binds with platinum in particles at a low temp. the same or lower as/than the melting point of glass base, and No.2 component which is to bind the platinum with the glass base. CONSTITUTION:First platinum paste is prepared. This paste consists of 70-80wt.% platinum particles, 5-10wt.% Au or Ag as No.1 component, and 3-10wt.% glass first or ceramic frit as No.2 component, whish are well mixed in agitation. This paste is printed on a crystal glass base 1 followed by baking fast, and a glass base is made from this paste as a heat emitting body 2. Thus platinum is bonded together by the No.1 component to make alloy with No.1 component, and an intermediate layer to relieve the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between platinum and glass base is formed by No.2 component which melts at the time of baking fast. |
