摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of a measuring device by detecting the oscillation of a shaft body or a bearing, extracting an oscillation component with its frequency equal to the present number of revolution therefrom, outputting a vector signal corresponding to the vector value thereof and thereby making computation/output by means of said vector signal. CONSTITUTION:A common shaft body 27 is formed with rotary shafts 21a-25a and coupling mechanisms 261-264, which are supported by bearing 281-287, while in the vicinity of the bearings 281-287, oscillations of respective shafts of the shaft body 27 are detected by sensor parts 311-327 and a signal switching unit 35. On the other hand, a pulse signal 34a is output every rotation of the shaft body 27 by a pulse generator 34, and input into the filter part 36. Then a vector signal 36a corresponding to the number of revolution of the shaft body 27 out of the input oscillations is output, while a signal corresponding to the alignment change is output by a computing part 39. Installation of a device is accordingly facilitated and the rapid measurement can be performed regardless of the size of a rotary machine.
