PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction of the number of parts and simplification of structure and to facilitate production by connecting the respective terminals of a liquid crystal display panel and circuit boards via triangular conductive rubber. CONSTITUTION:The liquid crystal display panel 3 is connected via the conductive rubber 4 to the circuit boards 5 to constitute a back light unit 6 which is constituted of a cold cathode tube 7, a diffusion plate 8 to diffuse the light thereof and the circuit boards 5 on both side faces. The triangular conductive rubber 4 is alternately laminated with conductive parts and insulating parts at fine pitches and presses the panel 3 via a frame 1 and a cushion member 2, thereby connecting the respective terminals of the panel 3 and the circuit boards 5 one to one. The simplification of the structure, the reduction in the thickness thereof and the easier exchange of parts are thereby contrived and the cost is reduced. |
