PURPOSE:To obtain a wired material and a homogeneous phase, and to improve flexibility by a method, wherein the whole surface of an alloy wire rod compris ing specified metal 1 of 0.01 to 10at.% and metal 2 of 0.02 to 20at.% and metal 3 of the total remainder is made to be the oxides of the constituent metals. CONSTITUTION:An alloy wire rod comprises a metal 1 of 0.01 to 10 at.% which includes a kind or plural kinds of metals selected from a group, Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, En, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Ac, At, a metal 2 of 0.02 to 20 at.% which includes a kind or plural kinds of metals selected from a group, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ra, and metal 3 of the whole remainder which includes a kind or plural kinds of metals selected from Cu, Ag, Au; at least the whole surface of an alloy wire rod is made to be the oxides of the constituent metal elements. The admixture of these metals is heated and melted and forms a homogeneous alloy, which constitutes an alloy wire rod. In this manner, a wired material is obtained and a homogeneous superconductive oxide phase is realized. Furthermore a superconductive wired material which is rich in elasticity is obtained. |
