PURPOSE:To produce a gradient film having several stages of simple concn. gradients with high reproducibility and productivity by mixing and compounding different monomer liquids having plural stages of concns. and respective polymn. reaction initiator liquids, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Medium liquids (a-e) for electrophoretic sepn. are prepd. by adjusting the monomer liquids 1(a-e), the polymn. reaction initiator liquids 2(a-e) for the monomer liquids in respective tanks and force-feeding the respective liquids by constant flow rate liquid feed pumps 3(a-e), 4(a-e). These liquids are then stirred and mixed within a static mixer 5(a-e) to prepare the medium liquids 6(a-e) which is the liquid mixtures composed of the respective liquids. The liquids 6(a-e) are supplied to the respective supply ports of a coating head 7 by the pressures of the pumps 3(a-e), 4(a-e) and are coated transversely in one array on webs 9 on a coating roller 8 by a slot aperture 6. The gradient film is thus produced with the high reproducibility and productivity. |
