The present invention relates to a mixture comprising natural citrus juice and juice sacs, wherein the mixture comprises from about 1% to about 99% juice sacs and from about 99% to about 1% free juice. The peel oil level of the free juice is less than about 0.007%, and the glycosides level of the free juice is less than about 120 mg./100 ml. The mixtures of the present invention can be used to make citrus beverages and various food products.
