PURPOSE:To make it possible to use the titled system for the management of earnings or the like in addition to the management of a leasing state by recording the details of each transaction in a card attached to an article in each transaction. CONSTITUTION:An optical card 1 attached to a leasing article has a reflected laser recording material band 2 and a visible article name display part 3. The band 2 consists of a 1st recording area 2a for recording the fixed information of the leasing article and a 2nd recording area for recording the transaction history of the leasing article. Data obtained when the user leases the article such as a leasing date, the address and name of a user, a return date, and adjustment account are successively recorded in the 2nd recording area 2b by an optical card reader/writer and stored as history. Thereby, the data can be utilized for various management. Since data on the optical data can not be changed, the system has excellent probative force for the contents of a transaction. |
