<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a cost by pouring a smelted stock into the die space forming the annular magnet for turning and driving a rotary drum with a forming die, forming it by solidifying it and making it as the outgoing member of a pulse generator by leaving the part corresponding to the smelting material injection port of the forming die. CONSTITUTION:A die fastening force is applied by a hydraulic cylinder (not shown in the figure), etc., a mobile die 21 is pressed to a stationary die 20 while interposing a core 25 and a die space is formed. A melt is thereafter supplied through the mobile die 21 and the sprue formed on an extruding die 24 and cooled to form the rotor magnet 3e for driving. After completion of the forming the movable die 21 is separated from the stationary die 20, an extruding die 24 is simultaneously driven via an extruding pin 26 and the rotor magnet 3e for driving is obtd. as a die forming part, the part corresponding to the sprue of a mold is left as a projection part and it is taken as the pulse magnet 3m of a pulse oscillator.</p> |
