发明名称 MATERIAL FOR PIEZOELECTRIC OSCILLATOR CASE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a material excellent in drawability, corrosion resistance, and stress corrosion cracking resistance, by specifying respective contents of Si, Mn, and Cr in a low-C steel. CONSTITUTION:A material for piezoelectric oscillator case has a composition consisting of, by weight, <=0.10% C, <=1.0% Si, <=1.0% Mn, 11.0-20.0% Cr, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. This alloy is refined and then subjected to forging, hot rolling, pickling, cold rolling, annealing, etc., so as to be formed into the material for piezoelectric oscillator case. This material is superior in strength, drawability, corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking resistance, and resistance weldability to conventional nickel silver materials, etc., so that necessity of treatments such as Ni plating can be eliminated.
